Request for Proposal 24-EP-NEPA
The Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Association (PNWH2) is soliciting proposals for a third-party contractor to support DOE with preparation of NEPA-related documents and services for the proposed PNWH2 projects as detailed in Section A.5. DOE will serve as the lead agency responsible for the NEPA action and ensuring the proposed project complies with NEPA in accordance with 40 CFR §1506.5.
Any award issued will be a Vendor Service Agreement with the Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Association (PNWH2). It is strongly recommended that interested firms review the RFP documents thoroughly. If, after reviewing the RFP, you determine the work is within your ability and you have an interest in submitting a response, please complete and return to the Procurement Specialist by email the attachment, “Acknowledgement of Request for Proposal 24-EP-NEPA” Form.
All sections and completed documents are required in order for the proposals to be determined responsive to this RFP. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:30 PM PST on September 17, 2024.
